We ship to Portugal (mainland, Madeira and the Azores), Spain and other European countries. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended to up to 15 business days in mainland Portugal and up to 20 business days for all other destinations. If this happens, we will let you know.

Free shipping

Orders of €80 or more (after discounts) delivered to mainland Portugal ship for free. This offer does not apply to Madeira, the Azores, Spain or other destinations.

Store pickup

At checkout, you can choose to collect your order free of charge at our store, Rua de Santos Pousada 1204, 4000-483 Porto. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.

Delays and delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond Paprika's control. If we cannot meet the delivery time, we will contact you.
  • Responsibility for the order passes to the customer when they, or a person they designate, receive it.
  • If the address provided is incorrect or the order is not collected within the period set by the carrier, reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • If the package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend noting it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contacting us immediately.
